Being close to nature makes us feel good, helps us heal, experience new things and can push us out of our comfort zone (in a good way). To really immerse yourself in nature and get as close as you can, wild-camping is a great way of doing just that.
We can all enhance the natural feelgood factor of camping by knowing the dos and don’ts, and helping to protect the sensitive natural environment, and give wildlife space. If we can leave things as we found them (unless you pick up a bit of litter – that’s allowed!) you can return home feeling even better about yourself.
