TreeZone Instructor, Rothiemurchus, Aviemore
Contract:
Fixed Term seasonal contract from June until end October 2022. We guarantee you a minimum 16 hours per week, but this will usually be nearer 40 hours a week.
Salary:
Competitive age-banded pay structure. £9.50 p/hour for first time staff and £9.90 p/hour for returning staff.

Instructor pay scales:
Instructor: £20-£23k pro rata
Lead Instructor: £23-24k pro rata
Senior Instructor*: £24-£26k pro rata
A range of qualifications are required for multi-activity instructor posts. Open canoeing and gorge walking
are our two most popular activities so proven experience in these areas are most desirable.
We can be very flexible on the duration of summer contracts to suit your personal circumstances and would
consider everything from two months (July & August) to seven months.

We are also always looking for freelance instructors to complement our team of core instructors on larger events. We now have bases in Inverness, Aviemore, Loch Lomond and Loch Tay, covering bookings across Scotland.
We are particularly interested in instructors with experience and qualifications in the following:
Archery
Open Canoeing
Sea Kayaking
Experience in white-water activities, e.g. gorge walking, canyoning
Mountain bike TCL and MBL
