Canoeing on Loch Long

This fun, flat water canoeing session takes place on the picturesque Loch Long, a wonderful sea loch in the Argyll area. The departure point is the Forest Holidays retreat in Ardgartan, Argyll. After a quick safety briefing, you’ll get in your canoes and off you go to explore around the shores of Loch Long. During the experience, you’ll not only take in some amazing scenery, you’ll also learn basic paddling skills, take part in some fun games out on the water and stop off to look for crabs - full on fun! Keep your eyes peeled, as it's a sea loch, there's a nice chance of spotting a seal!

This really is a wonderful place to go paddling.

For individuals and small groups, scheduled sessions are available to book here online during the season. Private group bookings are also available and can be quoted on request at other times. Please note, there is no need for you to be staying at Forest Holidays to take part, non residents more than welcome.

Suitability	Minimum age: 5 yo. (under 12’s must be accompanied by a participating adult). No previous canoe experience required.
Cost per person	£37 adults, £25 children (under 18)
Activity duration	1.5 hours
What to bring along	Comfortable athletic clothing, outdoor shoes, hat, waterproof jacket and sunscreen.
