Additional Costs

Cleaning fee – if vehicle has to be withdrawn from service for cleaning: £100

Waiting time additional fee – After waiting 10 minutes beyond your booked time, an additional charge of £10 will apply for every 10 minutes (or part thereof) that you are late in boarding the vehicle.
