Water is everywhere in Scotland, and it is understandable why it draws so many of us to it, to play, swim, work, or experience it as visitors to the country. Despite the obvious attractions, it can be dangerous if not treated with the respect it deserves.

In addition to advice being offered to everyone via social channels, the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park Rangers now offer local business training in water safety knowledge and skills. The training will provide the know-how for situations where people get into trouble in the water.

If you are a local business, you can find out more about how to get your staff involved in this great initiative, that could literally save a life.
