If you’re familiar with Scotland’s countryside you are likely to have seen some, if not lots of deer on your travels. Even if you’ve just been passing through, you may have spotted some of the estimated 1 million deer that now live in Scotland.
As an activity operator, leading canoe expeditions, guided walks or mountain bike rides, we bump into them on a regular basis. This podcast from Scotland Outdoors might give you a better understanding of the challenges facing deer management groups in Scotland. Hope you find it interesting.
