The jewel in the crown of Loch Lomond – its historic islands. This idyllic paddling experience begins in the pretty village of Aldochlay, near Luss. You will get the chance to explore the islands of world-famous Loch Lomond by Canadian-style canoes.
With your experienced canoe guides, we paddle gently from the shore, taking in the wonderful scenery, including a beautiful backdrop of Ben Lomond and learning about the loch and its legends as we go.  We stretch our legs on some of the Loch’s most isolated beaches and take in the wonder of Loch Lomond from a totally different perspective. We take a stroll to some of the islands’ summits, learn how our ancestors survived in the wilderness, paddle our feet in the loch and enjoy a picnic on a secluded beach. If you’re lucky, you might just catch a glimpse of the resident wallabies on the island of Inchconnachan. Surely, that would be a story for you to tell when you get home!
We can include some team building challenges into this adventurous experience, by adding some canoe games and races, guaranteed to encourage communication and working as part of a team. These challenges will, however, also ensure lots of hilarity!
A magical experience!
