A 4-day version of our longer 5-day trip, journeying down the majestic River Spey by canoe to the sea at Spey Bay.

One of the 'Big 4' rivers that are a must for the touring canoeist in Scotland, and which normally provides a fast current, great scenery and some ‘interesting’ rapids.

For this trip, our 4-day descent, starts at Aviemore and makes its way to the coast from there.

This trip is moderately strenuous.

Suitability

Minimum age: 18 yo. Must be able to swim 25m. Some basic canoeing experience is preferred though not essential.

We are happy to take children from 14 years old if part of a private group expedition.
